David Ludlow is Group Vice President of Solution Management, focusing on the global Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for SAP SuccessFactors.  His team works closely with customers, partners, industry analysts, and other influencers to ensure SAP SuccessFactors is identifying and delivering the best HCM solutions for its customers.  The team also works closely with development and field sales organizations across the globe to ensure new and enhanced solutions are effectively positioned and brought to market. 

David has been with SAP for over 15 years and has more than 20 years experience in the HR/HCM solutions space, holding various positions in product management, product marketing, and product strategy. 

David is originally from California and is currently based in Palo Alto, California.   He holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. 


David Moss is CTO and Co-founder of Blue Prism Limited, a UK tech company formed in 2001 to pursue the dream of delivering the vision of robotics into the office environment.  David is a technologist and thought leader in the Robotic Process Automation movement and a pioneer in the creation of the Digital Workforce concept of scalable, enterprise-strength software robots. Blue Prism helps blue chip clients such as Xchanging, Shop Direct and a number of global banks deliver transformational benefits to operations by extending the benefits of technology into the business. Gary C. Butler was the CEO and president of Automatic Data Processing.  He held this position from August 2006 through November 2011, and had been with the company for 37 years. From 1990 to 1995, he served as Group President for ADP’s Dealer Services Group; and from 1995 to 1998 he served in the same capacity for ADP’s Employer Services Group. Prior to assuming his role as CEO in 2006, Butler was President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Butler received a bachelor of industrial engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1968 and an MBA from the University of Georgia in 1970. He served on the Boards of ADP, Liberty Mutual Group, DeVry, Inc., CIT Group, Convergys Corporation and CareerBuilder. He is a past member of Business Roundtable and The Economic Club of New York.


Jason Averbook, CEO & Co-Founder of LeapGen.

Jason is currently a leading analyst, thought leader, consultant and keynote speaker in the area of human resources, the future of work and the impact technology has on that future. 

Jason co-founded Knowledge Infusion LLC in 2005 until 2012 when the company was sold to Appirio and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was responsible for the groundbreaking vision and strategy. He served as the Chief Business Innovation Officer at Appirio Inc where led Appirio’s human capital management business. He held the position of CEO of The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) from 2014 through 2016 until recently leaving to focus on his thought leadership and analyst career. 

He has more than 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industry. He worked with industry leading companies around the world to help them transform their HR organizations into strategic partners. Prior to founding Knowledge Infusion, he served as Senior Director of PeopleSoft Global Product Marketing at PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the marketing including packaging and positioning for PeopleSoft’s flagship product line. Prior to PeopleSoft, he served as Director of Organizational Readiness at Ceridian Corporation, an HR and payroll outsourcing company.

He has served as a Director of International Association for Human Resource Information Management, Inc. Along with being cited in numerous publications such as BusinessWeek, Forbes, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal an industry thought leader in the HCM space, he has delivered keynote presentations for events worldwide including HR Technology World in London and Paris, The Conference Board, Society of HR Management, HR Technology US, HR Technology Norway, SHRM Technology India, HR Technology China as well as more than 200 other large group presentations for HR and technology audiences. He currently is acknowledged as one of the top 3 thought leaders globally on the future of work and listed in the top 100 leaders globally influencing the future of work and the HR function. His latest book, HR From Now to Next was published in 2014 and is used in over 19 universities around the world today. Mr. Averbook holds a BA and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated from Bloomington Jefferson in 1987.


Stuart Sackman is the Corporate Vice President, Global Product and Technology, responsible for leading, managing and developing ADP’s GPT organization ensuring that it aligns with ADP’s overall technology efforts and strategic goal of becoming the world’s leading provider of Human Capital Management Solutions.

Stuart joined ADP in 1992, and during his tenure has held positions with broad-ranging responsibilities across several ADP business units. In Stuart’s previous role as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of ADP’s Multinational Corporations (MNC) Services, which includes the GlobalView and Streamline businesses, he had direct P&L responsibility for ADP’s largest, most complicated global clients.  In addition to P&L responsibility, he also played a leadership role in developing the product and overall marketing strategy.  Combined, GlobalView and Streamline have about 1,000 clients in 100 countries. Prior to heading up MNC, Stuart was the Division Vice President (DVP) and General Manager (GM) of National Account Services’ East National Service Center, which provides payroll and HR services to 700+ large employers headquarters in the northeast U.S. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy for ADP Employer Services at a time when ADP was expanding internationally very rapidly. He also served as the DVP and GM of eBusiness for ADP’s Major Account Services division, where he was responsible for P&L and the next generation “eXpert” suite of on-line payroll, HR and benefits solutions. 

Stuart started his ADP career in business development, where he identified the market opportunity and wrote the business case for entering the Time and Labor Management (TLM) business.  During his tenure as DVP and GM of TLM, he successfully acquired the product line to include solutions for small, mid-size and national account employers in the U.S. and in selected markets outside the U.S.

Stuart holds a BA in in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia University where he majored in Marketing.
